2016年から「クラフトSAKE」を生み出し、フランスでSAKE造りにチャレンジし、常に新たな食文化をリードしてきましたが、まだまだ日本酒は伝統の枠にとどまり、本来の魅力を世界で発信できてないと感じていました。今回、カリフォルニアの革新的な文化の中で自由でCOOLなSAKEカルチャーから、気軽に試せる缶のスパークリング日本酒SummmerFallに辿り着きました。 京都で醸造。

Since 2016, we've been pioneering "Craft SAKE," even taking on the challenge of brewing it in France, always leading new food culture. Yet, we’ve felt that sake still remains confined within the boundaries of tradition, and its true appeal hasn’t fully reached the world.

Now, inspired by California’s innovative spirit, we’ve arrived at SummerFall — a canned sparkling sake that’s casual, cool, and easy to enjoy. Made in Kyoto.
