飛騨高山の郷土料理、五平餅、漬物ステーキ、A5ランク飛騨牛付きほうば味噌を、調理士でもある店主が料理の歴史などを説明しながら皆さんと一緒に作る料理体験です。
テレビで全国放送されたこともあり、ファミリー、カップル、友達同士でお楽しみいただいている高山でも人気の体験です。
食材の準備が必要なので、3日前までにご予約下さい。
体験開始時間 11時、12時30分、17時(所要時間約1時間)
This is a hands-on cooking experience where you will prepare some of Hida Takayama’s most famous local dishes together with the host, who is also a professional chef. While cooking, the host will explain the history and cultural background of each dish in English.
The menu includes:
Gohei Mochi (grilled rice cakes with a sweet and savory sauce)
Tsukemono Steak (grilled pickles, a unique local specialty)
Hoba Miso with A5-grade Hida Beef
This experience has even been featured on national television in Japan and is one of Takayama’s most popular activities for families, couples, and groups of friends.
As ingredients must be prepared in advance, reservations are required at least 3 days before the experience date.
